The Sonoma Valley Men’s Recreational Basketball’s Jack Benny (39-and-over) Sunday Night League finished its fifth week of play in mid-December, with Valley of the Moon Winery atop the pack with a 4-0 record.
In Sunday night’s nightcap, VOM Winery came back from a 10-point deficit midway through the second half to overtake Heffernan Insurance Brokers (2-2) and remain undefeated.
R&B Custom Builders at 3-1 is in second place. Heffernan Insurance Brokers is in third at 2-2, followed by Patt’s Copy World at 1-3 and Murphy Irish Pub is a very competitive 0-4.
