Student photographers at Sonoma Valley High School were honored in the recent Association of Texas Photo Instructors fall photo contest.

SVHS was one of two California schools represented in the contest which had 6,863 entries.

Senior Olivia Godwin was awarded first place in the category of Beginner Timed Exposure.

Junior Jack Pier was awarded honorable mention in the category of Beginner Timed Exposure as well as honorable mention in Beginner Travel.

Senior Helena Goodman was awarded third place in the Beginner Open category.

Senior Kim Uzzo was awarded honorable mention in the category of Beginner Landscape

Senior Cristina Golubovich was awarded honorable mention in Advanced Travel and in Advanced Portrait.
