The Valley woke Tuesday morning blanketed in a chilly, white powdery substance – what those in colder regions refer to as ‘snow’ – prompting the National Weather Service to issue its most chilling winter weather advisory in years, with flakes touching down well below the expected 2,000-feet floor.
