Last call for Christmas tree pick up in Sonoma
The Girl Scouts of Sonoma Valley will come through Sonoma neighborhoods for the last time on Saturday, Jan. 12 to pick up Christmas trees. The suggested donation is $10.
If you would like your tree picked up, put it out to the curb by 9 a.m. on Saturday morning with your donation under the doormat. Your tree should be picked up by 3 p.m. on Saturday. Email, text or call only if your tree has not been picked up by noon on Saturday.
To ensure your donation reaches the Girl Scouts, checks are preferred. Make payable to: Girl Scouts.
The scouts can’t take the following: decorations, lights, tinsel, wreaths, garlands or flocked trees. Reservations are not necessary unless you live in a rural area.
