The Girl Scouts of Sonoma Valley will come through Sonoma neighborhoods for the last time on Saturday, Jan. 12 to pick up Christmas trees. The suggested donation is $10.

If you would like your tree picked up, put it out to the curb by 9 a.m. on Saturday morning with your donation under the doormat. Your tree should be picked up by 3 p.m. on Saturday. Email, text or call only if your tree has not been picked up by noon on Saturday.

To ensure your donation reaches the Girl Scouts, checks are preferred. Make payable to: Girl Scouts.

The scouts can’t take the following: decorations, lights, tinsel, wreaths, garlands or flocked trees. Reservations are not necessary unless you live in a rural area.
