Impact 100 Sonoma seeks NextGen members

Applications are due on Sept. 15 for sponsored membership in the grantmaking nonprofit|

Impact100 Sonoma’s NextGen Program was created to give the next generation of women - particularly those who may not have the financial resources - an opportunity to become Impact100 Sonoma members and engage with the community through service and philanthropy.

Women between the ages of 21 and 39, who work or live in Sonoma Valley, are invited to apply for a two-year membership. Sonoma Valley is defined as the area from Kenwood to Schellville.

Four women will be selected to participate in the 2019 program, in which the Next Gen membership fees are underwritten by Impact 100.

NextGen members must be available to attend Impact100 meetings and events, join a standing committee, or participate in the grant review process.

The application deadline is end of day, Saturday, Sept. 15. The forms are online at www.impact100sonoma.org/join-participate/nextgen/. Decisions will be made by Oct. 19.

Impact100 Sonoma is a grantmaking nonprofit that brings together 100 or more women who make an annual donation of $1,000 each, in order to make a greater impact on the future of a community than if each woman gave on her own. Impact 100 Sonoma distributes ccommunity grants up to $20,000 in addition to a annual $100,000 Impact Grant. www.impact100sonoma.org.
