Springs Community Alliance to meet May 17

Supervisor Susan Gorin will be on hand to discuss issues and updates on initiatives affecting the Springs, including proposed projects such as the Boyes Food Center.|

The Springs Community Alliance will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, May 17, at 7 p.m. at the Sonoma Springs Community Hall, 18627 Sonoma Highway, in the Springs.

The May agenda will cover a variety of issues and updates on initiatives and projects affecting the Springs, including proposed projects like the Boyes Food Center, the Springs Specific Plan, formation of a Springs Municipal Advisory Council and more.

It was recently announced that Supervisor Susan Gorin will be on hand to provide some of these updates and to answer questions as well as hear comments and concerns from the audience. Her field representatives Liz Hamon and Arielle Kubu-Jones will also be present.

Anyone with an interest in the Springs neighborhoods of El Verano, Boyes Hot Springs, Fetters Hot Springs and Agua Caliente is welcome to attend and weigh in on issues that matter to them. Translation services provided.

The Springs Community Alliance meets the third Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Springs Community Hall.
