UPDATE: Herz was located at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday

Paul Conrad Herz, 73, of Sonoma was reported missing on Dec. 2. He was located in Santa Rosa on Tuesday, Dec. 3 around 10:45 a.m.

Herz walked away from the Sonoma Care and Rehab at 201 W. Napa St. He was last seen around 3:30 p.m. on Monday near Round Table Pizza.

Herz is a white male, 5’7”, 165 pounds, with shoulder-length white hair. Herz was described wearing a light blue button up long sleeve shirt, green rain jacket, and grey pajama bottoms. Herz was reportedly carrying a plastic bag containing papers (which were later found in Santa Rosa).

Herz suffers from dementia and major depressive disorder.
