Beltane Ranch pours ahead with zin release

Barn party celebrates intrepid ranch’s 125 years in Valley|

Celebrating the survival of their horse barn and homes, the Beltane Ranch family will hold its annual Zin Release dinner and barn party on Saturday, Nov. 11 with an estate wine-paired multi-course dinner, with music by Tommy Thomsen of the Western Swing Hall of Fame.

According to Lauren Benward Krause, “The barn stands, and some wine made it through the fire. We are excited to join together to be with our community and to raise some funds for fire relief. We will be joined by local firefighter friends and we are also celebrating 125 years as Beltane Ranch. The house was built in 1892 and made it through earthquakes, fires, and the depression.” $120 wine club members, $185 public. 4:30 to 10:30 p.m. For tickets email wine@beltaneranch.com. They still don’t have phone service, so don’t try to call. Beltaneranch.com.
