Former Sonoma City Councilmember Ken Brown will be officiating a Vow Renewals and Promise Ceremony under the rose arbor at the Sonoma Whole Foods store at 201 W. Napa St. from 2 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 13.

The event is free event and Whole Foods will provide cheese, fruit and bubbles.

“I invite you all to come on down to Whole Foods and be a participant in this very special experience,” said Brown.
