Frank Figone of Figone’s Olive Oil Co.: A free Feb. 3 event where Frank J. Figone, who has farmed olives for 40 years and made olive oil for 29 years, will discuss fruit fly issues, pruning, irrigation, soil conditions and harvesting techniques at his olive oil mill. Don Landis’s Olive Odyssey: A free event taking place Feb. 10 and 11 with olive expert Don Landis at the Olive Press and Jacuzzi Family Winery.
