The Cottage Inn and Spa at 302 First St. E. is for sale. The bed and breakfast, which has been owned by Zac and Amy Weinberg since 2013, is listed at $4.49 million. The .39 acre property includes a 4,318-square-foot building.

There are eight rooms, some of which include small kitchens, plus a management agreement that adds a ninth accommodation in a cottage on the adjacent property.

There is an onsite spa which operates for guests and locals, offering massage, wraps and reflexology and more.

The sale of the property includes the furniture, fixtures and equipment to run the inn.

The listing agent is Rosemarie Corrigan of Artisan Sothebys.
