Black Bear expands: Black Bear Diner has added almost 80 new restaurants in the past decade, primarily across California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Arizona. Founded in 1995, the family dining chain expects to hit 100 locations this year.

New hours: Sonoma Wholesale Nursery, founded nine years ago, is now open to the public and trade from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. The nursery is located on Arnold Drive in Sonoma, across from Brocco’s Barn.

Anniversary: Focus4 promotions celebrated 20 years in business last week. Valley resident Nicki Artieres first opened her promotional products business in Novato in 1998 and in 2003, she relocated to downtown Sonoma. After a fire in 2014, she moved the business to Kenwood. New Fair leader: The Sonoma-Marin Fair board of sirectors has hired Allison Keaney as its new CEO. This year’s fair will be June 20 to 24 in Petaluma.

Vineyard sale: Michael Crain Properties, vineyard and estate brokers, have negotiated the purchase of the 34-acre Trinity Ranch vineyard in the Moon Mountain appellations. The buyer was Theorem Vineyards Winery of Napa. The vineyard was previously owned by the late Lorenzo Petroni and his wife Maria Elena (who also founded Petroni Vineyards Winery).

New winemaker: Longtime winemaker at Girard Napa Valley, Glenn Hugo, takes on an added role as winemaker for B.R. Cohn Winery.
