Sonoma Valley Museum offers holiday ’take-away’ art kits

Three dates to pick up three kits, curbside at SVMA|

Sonoma Valley Museum of Art is reviving the best art projects from its Holiday Make-In past, and turning them into take-away art kits for local students.

Families are invited to stop by the museum and bring home a fun and easy-to-make holiday art project.

Art kits are available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 28, Saturday, Dec. 5 and Sunday, Dec. 6, curbside at Sonoma Valley Museum of Art at 551 Broadway.

A variety of projects will be available to choose from (while they last) with a limit of three per child.

• Quick-stitch felt flowers

• Orange pomander balls

• Painted clay ornaments

• 3-D paper snowflakes

• Embossed foil holiday cards

• Vine wreath weaving, and more

Kiwanis of Sonoma Plaza is supporting the 2020 Holiday Take-in.
