The testing sites will use self-swab nasal tests overseen by Rite Aid pharmacists, and will operate between the hours of 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Monday through Friday) and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday).

All adults 18 or older, even if they are not exhibiting virus symptoms, are eligible for testing and can register online at riteaid.com to schedule a time slot for testing. The testing is free and results take two to seven days (sometimes longer).

Through its partnership with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Rite Aid is operating a total of 258 testing sites, with the capacity to conduct approximately 94,000 tests weekly across all locations. Rite Aid is using Verily’s Baseline COVID-19 Program to provide screening, scheduling and return of results to participants at Rite Aid testing sites.

CVS also currently offers drive-through testing in Napa and Vallejo and select other locations for patients who are exhibiting COVID symptoms. Visit cvs.com/minuteclinic/covid-assessment for details.
