Acting class for seniors offered in Sonoma

Silver Moon sessions will focus on ‘scene study'|

Silver Moon Theatre is offering a new acting class for senior adults that will focus on “scene study.” Artistic director Nellie Cravens says that the class will work on scenes from published plays and explore such acting skills as: action/reaction, intentions, developing a character, “the moment before” and more. Beginners are welcome. The final session will be a performance for families and friends. 

The class meetings on Thursdays, beginning in late March and running through May 26, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Theater School at 19485 Highway 12 (above Off-Broadway Cleaners and Edward Jones).
