The average home sale prices are up 15.6 percent year over year (January 2021 vs. January 2020) and the average sale price was $1,231,000 for the month of January 2021. The median sales price was $860,000.

Thirty-three homes were sold in Sonoma Valley in January 2021 (14 more than the number sold in January 2020). Inventory was down 33.7 percent year over year. Homes for sale of all types spent an average of 51 days on the market in Sonoma Valley in January. The average list price to sale price was 99 percent for the month of January 2021.
