Restaurant decor: El Molino restaurant on Sonoma Highway is sporting a bold new mural painted by artist Mark Marthaler.

Anniversary: Reclaimed Antiques opened five years ago at 19618 Eighth St. E. The cooperative now has seven vendors and also takes consignments. Owner Sharon Ivanoff has launched a thriving estate sale business as well and her team can clear out a home, have it professionally cleaned so the house can go on the market, be turned over to the landlord or on to new owners. Downtown building for sale: A mixed-used office building at 1247 Broadway is for sale for $2.7 million on LoopNet. The 5,652-square-foot building is on 1.17 acres. The building last sold in June 2020 for $2.6 million. Chase Receivables is listed as one former tenant.

Airport trips resume: Sonoma County Airport Express bus service has resumed. The Santa Rosa-based bus line leaves Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport for San Francisco International Airport several times daily. airportexpressinc.com.

Delivery news: DoorDash is launching lower-priced delivery options for U.S. restaurants, responding to criticism that its fees are too high for the beleaguered industry. The new basic plan will charge restaurants 15 percent per order for delivery, around half the cost of previous plans. That plan will limit the delivery area and shift more delivery costs to customers — they might pay $4.99 instead of $2.99, for example.

Going green: Carneros Resort and Spa has joined Beyond Green – a global portfolio of hotels, resorts and lodges that exemplify sustainable practices. Beyond Green “was created to provide a more purposeful way to explore the world where good guests meet good hosts, presenting genuine hospitality by the people for the planet,” according to the organization. 4048 Sonoma Highway.

Honor: Sonoma Academy’s Janet Durgin Guild and Commons building in Santa Rosa — known to students as the GAC — is the first building in California to achieve an International Living Future Institute (ILFI) Zero-Carbon Certification. The recognition is a worldwide third-party standard honoring highly energy efficient buildings. Zero-carbon constructions must operate using 100 percent renewable energy, either produced onsite or off site.

Extension: The deadline for REAL ID for air travel has been pushed back – again – due to the pandemic. Americans will have two more years to obtain a REAL ID driver's license or identification card, the Department of Homeland Security announced earlier this week.

Anniversary: A Bright Idea Advertising and PR is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. The full-service creative agency offers PR, advertising, graphic design, web and media production. It is headquartered in Maryland, with offices in Burbank and Sonoma.
