Vineyard Market move: Vineyard Market in the Vineyard Shopping Center on Highway 12 (where Palms Grill used to be) is moving into the larger space across the parking lot formerly occupied by H&R Block. 18913 Sonoma Highway.

Inn for sale: An Inn 2 Remember at 117 W. Spain St. is currently listed for sale for $2,595,000. The house, built in 1920, is 3,087 SF. It last sold for $1,325,000 in 2014.

B&B sold: The Hidden Oak Inn at 214 E. Napa St. recently sold for $3,350,000 to a family from out of town who will live in the house, rather than run it as a B&B.
