Woodland Star hosting Wednesday puppet show

Woodland Star Charter School is hosting “Puppets and PJs” a family night at the Sonoma Valley Regional Library, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20.

This event is for parents with pre-school and kindergarten-aged children and is an opportunity to share the imaginative world of Waldorf education.

The Woodland Star kindergarten teaching staff will perform a puppet show, after which there will be crafts. Children are encouraged to come in their pajamas to enjoy the story as the teachers create a gentle wind down to the day. Parents will then guide their children through a simple craft activity.

The puppet show and craft activity is free. For more information, call 996-3849 or email Sheila@woodlandstarschool.org.

The Sonoma Valley Regional Library is located at 755 W. Napa St., in Sonoma.
