Timothy M. O’Leary

Timothy M. O’Leary, 96, peacefully passed away on April 13, 2014, in Sonoma where he resided since 1975. He served his country with the United States Navy during World War II.

Tim, a retired San Francisco firefighter is survived by his wife of 45 years, Katherine; his sisters, Eileen Cavellini and Margaret Treacy; and many nieces and nephews. He is pre-deceased by his sister, Nora O’Callahan.

Friends are invited to visit between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. with a vigil service starting at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 21, 2014, at Duggan’s Mission Chapel, 525 W. Napa St. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at St. Francis Solano Church, 301 W. Napa St., Sonoma, CA 95476.

Interment will immediately follow at Mountain Cemetery – Veterans Memorial Section, 90 First St. W. also in Sonoma.

In lieu of flowers, Tim’s family requests memorial donations be made to charity of the donor’s choice.
