The Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC) School Relations and Outreach department invites high school students and their parents to College Preview Days on both the Santa Rosa and Petaluma campuses.
College Preview Day will take place from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, on the Petaluma campus and from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, March 1, on the Santa Rosa campus.
At the event, high school seniors and parents will learn more about what SRJC has to offer and can attend two break-out sessions on a variety of topics.
Breakout sessions will feature topics such as financial aid, transferring to four-year universities, training for the workforce, transitioning from high school to college and faculty expectations. Another topic, “The Steps to SRJC,” will cover the application, assessment, orientation, counseling and registration processes.
There will also be two informative sessions for parents. Participants may attend any session they wish. Students and parents are also invited to campus tours, weather permitting.
College Preview Day will include sessions offered in Spanish on both campuses, and will have program agendas with breakout session descriptions in both English and Spanish.

Parking will be free for both events. College Preview Day on the Petaluma campus, 680 Sonoma Mountain Parkway, will be in Ellis Auditorium, Room 310. College Preview Day on the Santa Rosa Campus, 1501 Mendocino Ave., is in Newman Auditorium, Emeritus Hall, Room 1564.
