Sonomans strut the runway

Sonoma Valley High School graduates Tony Moll and Danny Fay, both class of 2001, right were among the local models who strutted the runway at the annual Fashion in the Vineyards event held by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley last week. The sold-out event was held for the first time at Nancy and John Lasseter’s train barn in Glen Ellen. El Dorado Kitchen provided five stations of food including caviar and oysters, roasted pig tacos, truffle fries and sliders.Sonoman Kelly Cooper’s new men’s activewear line, Qor, kicked off the night, followed by fashions from Half-Pint and Old School Sonoma, as well as Helen and Scott Lyall. BevMo sponsored the VIP lounge and the crowd danced to Tainted Love until the party ended.Erik Garcia, owner of Sonoma Materials and long-time supporter of the Boys & Girls Clubs, received the Angel Award for his service and commitment to the youth of Sonoma Valley.Event chair Dana Freudenberger said, “The community support, generosity, and participation was humbling. A huge thank you to the Lasseters for opening up their doors to host our event. This was our most successful fashion show event to date.”
