Rotary gift funds junior tennis program

The Rotary of Sonoma Valley has again, most generously, gifted the Junior Program of Sonoma Valley Tennis Association (SVTA). We wish to express to the town of Sonoma how grateful we are for such local support.

This year, a new tennis teaching pro, Felipe Monroy, came on board, armed with energy, passion and innovative plans. Not only is he leading our juniors in clinics and workouts, he is challenging them with competitive play and intra-county exchange matches. Rotary’s gift funds this focused junior program, and we look toward to the happy product of such training – disciplined, responsible athletes with the potential to be assets to our community.
