Congratulations on jobs well done. A pleasure knowing both of you. The nicest part about Cathy is that she’s always taken time to answer, or find the answer to, questions I’ve had regarding a myriad of subjects.

Cathy Shepard is just plain awesome. I am forever in her debt for her service to me in one of the hardest times of my life when I had to do a short sale. She stuck with me for two years and probably earned about $1.50/hr for her time. I would recommend her to anyone.
