Steve Rose, with the Vineyards Inn, sprays some bread he’s warming during an event on Oct. 20, in the Kenwood Plaza to raise funds for the new gazebo which will be dedicated to 5-year-old Bobby Musser-Kirby. The youngster died when a tree fell on his family’s car on Bennett Valley Road. In addition, there will be a memorial garden to honor two longtime Kenwood community leaders, Candace Heim Serrano and Glory Whitehead. Rose and Nick Ramponi, with the Garden Court Café, prepared tri-tip and chicken to feed to those who came out to listen to the music, drink a little wine and bid on some silent auction items. The event was hosted by the Sonoma County Regional Parks Foundation.
