Sonoma Mayor Tom Rouse will throw the switch to illuminate the Plaza at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14. The Plaza will sparkle with thousands of glowing LED lights in the inaugural “Lighting of the Plaza.” Following the lighting, join the festivities at Sonoma State Parks Holiday Campfire Program at 6 p.m. in the Sonoma Barracks Courtyard with nature talks, songs and a marshmallow roast.
