Letter of the day: We do not like it, Sam I Am!

Message to the Sassarini vandals,

We were very upset to come to school on Monday morning and see the graffiti on the walls of our schools. We are proud of our school and all the hard work we have done to make it look good.

Our fifth graders and kindergarteners worked very hard last year to create and paint our Dr. Seuss mural and now it is ruined. Over the years we have created works of art on our walls and you defaced them. We deserve to have our school look good and to feel safe here. Please stop doing things to our property or any public property. It is not nice. How would you feel if it was your home or property being vandalized?

A school should be treated well and with respect. A school is a place for learning and not for you to mess with.

Our hard-working maintenance workers and janitor, Richard, have enough work to do without having to clean up after what you did to our school.

It makes the teachers, staff and students feel mad, sad and not safe when you do this to our school. We are proud Sassarini Seahawks and we don’t deserve this!
