After leading Sonoma Valley High School’s varsity soccer girls to third place in the Sonoma County League, and, as a ninth seed, a North Coast Section Division 1 playoffs win over eighth-seed Ukiah in the opener, before falling in the quarterfinals to champion Maria Carrillo, nine Lady Dragons garnered all-league honors.

Sonoma’s SCL all-league first-team selections are senior midfielder and MVP runnerup Shelley Marmaduke, senior goal-keeper Christen Silkey – both are repeat all-league picks – and sophomore defender Hanna Maillard.

Named to the SCL’s all-league second team were senior midfielder Emily Miller, sophomore defender Hayden Pearce, and freshman forward Amy Stanfield.

Receiving SCL all-league honorable mention were junior midfielder/defender Bridget Vanoni, sophomore forward Lorne Basken, and sophomore defender Lena Mallett.
