Helping lead the Sonoma Valley High School varsity soccer girls to a 6-4 third-place record in the competitive Sonoma County League, which earned them a postseason spot in the North Coast Section NCS Division-1 championship playoffs, nine Lady Dragons were recently given SCL all-league honors.

Three standout Sonoma seniors were SCL all-league first-team selections, including Maria Hawing, Kirsten Hodgson and Megan Neely.

Named to the SCL’s all-league second team were senior Ellen Angeloni, sophomore Annie Greenslade and freshman Annie Lilenthal.

Receiving SCL all-league honorable mention were juniors Shelley Marmaduke and Christen Silkey and frosh Katie Stovall.
