Gershwin benefit concert: On Saturday, March 10, there will be a family-friendly concert of George and Ira Gershwin’s music in the Hanna Boys Center auditorium. The “day of history and music” will benefit North Bay Wildfire Relief as well as the Hanna Institute, Sonoma Charter School, the Boys & Girls Clubs and Stand By Me Mentoring. Survivor support: Families in our community who have lost their homes to the North Bay fires are invited to join free recovery groups to provide guidance and support and to educate parents about how to foster resilience in their children. These free classes are offered on a drop-in basis on Monday mornings (Feb. 26, March 12 and 26, April 9 and 23) at the Child Parent Institute at 3650 Standish Ave., in Santa Rosa.
