Kid Scoop News student reporters, Sophie Rulmont and Marley Sutter, fifth grades from Prestwood Elementary participated in Youth Media Day with the Golden State Warriors earlier this month and had the chance to interview and meet Coach Steve Kerr, as well as players and top-level sports journalists. Prestwood principal Jason Sutter chaperoned the students. Rulmont and Sutter each wrote a story about the experience for the current issue of Kids Scoop News, the student newspaper available in most district classrooms.
