Young artists honored

More than a dozen young artists were honored at the Boys & Girls Clbus of Sonoma Valley's annual art exhibit last week. The show and reception was held at BUMP Cellars on Broadway. Guest judges selected winners in nine different fine arts categories. The artist who received first place ribbons were Daniel Aguilar (7), Lizbeth Saucedo (10), Alexis Rios (7), Leslie Rosas (10), Angie Cooper (7), Noe Pizano (13), Mari Suazo (7), Katherine Altamirano (10), Audrey Nelson (7), Maria Castillo in two categories (13), Teagan Rhodes (7), Elizabeth Pulido (10), Alicia Rodriguez (6), Izac de la Cruz-Penguin in two categories (16), Axel Alvarez (7), Taitum Israel (11), Emily Martinez (7) and Emily Sorrells (14).
