Sonoma students host candidates forum

The students who participated in last summer’s Sonoma Youth Engagement Seminar are hosting a forum to introduce the Sonoma Valley High School community to the candidates for City Council. The forum will be held at 11:55 a.m. in SVHS’ Little Theater on Thursday, Oct. 25.

The YES is a two-week civic engagement program co-sponsored by the City of Sonoma, the Sonoma Valley Chamber of Commerce, Sonoma Valley High School and the Sonoma Valley Education Foundation. The 2018 program included 22 students, all rising sophomores, juniors and seniors.
