Senior driver class set in Sonoma at Vintage House

'Refresher' class for seniors runs for the next two Fridays at Vintage House|

Vintage House senior center is hosting its next Driver Safety Class from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, Jan. 12, and again Friday, Jan. 19. Drivers must attend both classes, which will entitle them to a discount on their car insurance for three years. Motorists will learn how the driving environment has changed since they got their driver’s license. The cost of the class is $15 for AARP members and $20 for non-members, payable by check to AARP when you pre-register. If you are an AARP member, you must bring your card when you register. The next refresher class for those who have a certificate dated within four years of the class, will be from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 16. For information, call George Weiss at 503-799-4051.
