Free spay and neutering procedures for cats and dogs are being offered at Pets Lifeline beginning at 8 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 24. The procedures are being offered to help reduce the large cat population in Sonoma. The service is free to Sonoma Valley residents, but donations are welcome. Limited appointments are available.
