‘Dinner for Ashley’ this Saturday

Fundraiser for breast cancer medical expenses|

Who doesn’t like prime rib? And, more importantly, who doesn’t want to help a Sonoma neighbor in need?

The community is invited for both on Saturday, July 30 at the Sonoma Valley Moose Lodge, where “Dinner for Ashley” will help raise funds for Ashley Pound, the local 27-year-old who’s battling stage 3 breast cancer.

According to event organizers, Pound “has been an active volunteer and (has) helped raise funds for Moose charities.” The event will help with Pound’s medical expenses.

Appetizers and no-host cocktails at 5 p.m.; prime rib, baked potatoes and salad bar at 7 p.m.; silent action and dancing at 8 p.m. $30 per person.

All proceeds go to “Ashley’s Medical Fund” or donate online at gofundme.com (Ashley’s Fight).

The Lodge is at 20580 Broadway.

Tickets available at B&V, Town Square, Steiners and Broadway Market.
