Sonoma Valley paramedic engineer Ryan McCracken shows Bob Alwitt the most efficient way to administer CPR, a lifesaving technique useful in many emergencies. As part of National Emergency Medical Services Week, the Sonoma Valley Fire and Rescue Authority hosted a free ‘hands only’ CPR class last Tuesday that was open to anyone who wanted to attend.
