There’s still time to join Sonoma’s sixth annual CROP Hunger Walk, on Sunday, April 26.

New and returning walkers will converge on the First Congregational Church/Shir Shalom, 252 W. Spain St., at noon to register for the event. The one- or three-mile walk to end global hunger begins at 1 p.m. The first 100 persons to sign up, will receive a commemorative CROP Walk T-shirt. There will be music, refreshments and a silent auction at the Walk.

Last year, CROP Walks raised over $15 million to support the work of Church World Service in 80 countries worldwide. In late April and early May, seven other Bay Area communities will hold CROP Walks, raising funds to fight global hunger.
