Boy Scout Troop 16 in Sonoma will be holding an open house for boys ages 10-15 who are interested in learning more about Scouting.

The open house will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 9, and again from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Monday, March 16, at the Adele Harrison Middle School gym. Fun events are planned and Troop Leadership will be available to answer questions and provide information for interested Scouts and their parents.

Scouting leads to life-long friends, strong values, and dedication to community service through a proven program that develops leaders.

Troop 16 goes on outdoor adventures year round, outings such as snow camping in the Sierras, canoeing, biking, climbing Mt. Whitney and rappelling into Moaning Caverns.
