Saturday is the annual Sonoma Mission Holiday Celebration.
The event, formerly known as Christmas at the Mission, will be celebrated at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. at the Mission. Admission is by tickets which are usually scooped up almost as soon as they’re available.
The Sonoma Valley High School Madrigal Choir will lead carols. In addition, there will be a free holiday open house for the public at two historic properties, the Gen. Joseph Hooker House, in El Paseo de Sonoma, and the Maysonnave House, 291 First St. E. from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
