Lucia was born in San Francisco, to parents, Domenico Villeggiante and Salvatrice Villeggiante. Lucia was the youngest and last surviving of three brothers and one sister. Lucia graduated from Balboa High school in 1950.
Lucia is survived by her loving husband, Joe Caruso of 55 years. During that time, she had two loving daughters, Renee (Dominic) and Regina (Michael). She also has three grandchildren and one great-grandchild along with several loving nieces and nephews, sister-in-law and extended family and friends.
Lucia’s services will be held this week at St. Catherine’s Church in Martinez.
