Low-income housing in the Springs

Editor, Index-Tribune

Because the county planners persist in jamming low-income housing into the Fetters/Agua Caliente area, where is any of this type of housing being planned east of Eighth Street or anywhere else in the Valley? In addition there are numerous residences which should be remodeled or condemned where there are 10 cars in the driveway and where too many folk are required to live in too little space. Obviously, the schools are going to reflect the statistics and housing quoted in the HDI report.

What is going on is rank discrimination in the bucolic (and wealthy) Sonoma Valley. Welcome to America!
