This summer, Cornerstone Sonoma features a comprehensive calendar of events, welcoming both locals and out-of-towners to eat, drink, play and make memories. With a variety of unique occasions, there is something for all visitors: young, old, and everyone in between.

Kids yoga on Sunday, July 15. Heartful Yoga and Dance presents three sessions of yoga for kids ages 2-and-a-half to 10. Class one is from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. Class two is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Class three is from 3 to 3:45 p.m. Tickets are $20 per child, with a $5 sibling discount. Wine tasting and poke instruction on Sunday, July 22 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Cornerstone Sonoma’s Sunset Outdoor Test Kitchen. Executive Chef Edward Metcalfe of Shiso Modern Asian hosts an educational Hawaiian Tuna Poke demonstration, followed by a lunch during which attendees get to taste the very creations over which they have salivated. Throughout the class, enjoy wine tasting sponsored by Cornerstone’s various on-site tasting rooms. Tickets are $55 per person.

Wine tasting and sushi making on Saturday, Aug. 11 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Cornerstone Sonoma’s Sunset Outdoor Test Kitchen. Executive Chef Edward Metcalfe of Shiso Modern Asian hosts an interactive sushi instruction class featuring the Dungeness Crab California Roll, the Rainbow Roll, and many more. Amid fish and rice, enjoy wine tasting sponsored by Cornerstone’s various on-site tasting rooms. Tickets are $85 per person.

Buzz Garden Party on Sunday, Aug. 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Join Meadowcroft Wines for a day of food, wine and surprises at Cornerstone’s Garden Barn. Visit www.meadowcroftwines.com, or call Meadowcroft directly at 934-4090.

Harvest day with Meadowcroft Wines on Thursday, Sept. 13, from 9 a.m. to noon. Gain a deeper understanding of winemaking and participate directly in the harvesting of pinot noir grapes for the wine’s 2018 production. The day begins at Meadowcroft Tasting Room, where owner and winegrower Tom Meadowcroft will then lead guests to Meadowcroft’s Cornerstone vineyard. After hard work in the vineyard, visitors will be able to relax over a complimentary brunch. Tickets are $80 per person. Every weekend, Saturday and Sunday, from noon to 4 p.m., the Sweet Scoops ice cream cart will be selling its frozen treats. Weather permitting, come titillate your taste buds as you shop and roam, exploring the marketplace and gardens.
