Lodge at Sonoma makes wine spirits bright
Sonoma-Loeb Wines on Friday, Dec. 15, presents its Holiday Winemaker multi-course dinner at the Lodge, featuring Chappellet and Sonoma-Loeb wines paired by sommelier Jay James. Winemaker Phillip Corallo-Titus will be host the 6 to 9 p.m. event. $150 general; $125 club members.
The Lodge will also be hosting several Winery of the Day events in the lobby. Enjoy a tasting and discuss fine wines with the winery staff. The following tastings are complimentary and run 4 to 6:30 p.m.:

Drink up with Enkidu’s “Big Bottle, Big Joy” event
Enkidu Wines hosts its inaugural “Big Bottle, Big Joy” event at its Sonoma tasting room. On Dec. 16, the tasting room is offering magnums of their 2015 Tina Marie Pinot Noir and 2015 Ansar Cabernet Sauvignon. Wine samples will be served so you can try before you buy. 1 to 4 p.m.
Mayo Family Winery’s Holiday Ciopinno Party
Mayo Family Winery staff welcomes in the new year with their favorite sparkling, library and reserve wines at a Holiday Ciopinno Party at B&V Whiskey Bar and Grille. Chef Carlo Cavallo will be preparing his ciopinno for the occasion. RSVP as seating is limited to only 20 guests. Dec. 27.
Fulcrum Pours at the Sonoma Mission Inn
Fulcrum will be offering a selection of its pinots noir and other wines in the lobby at the Sonoma Mission Inn from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 28.
