Woman's Club goes Hawaiian

Luau to include kahlua pork, teriyaki chicken|

On Saturday, May 27 at noon, the Sonoma Valley Woman’s Club is holding a luau at its historic clubhouse, 574 First St. E. Patrick Landeza, an award-winning slack key guitar artist, will cater authentic Hawaiian food. There will be hula performances by Betty Ann Bruno’s Hula Mai dance troupe, music by Del Medina and the UFOhana and a performance by Landeza.

The menu will include kahlua pork, teriyaki chicken, green salad, macaroni salad and a special dessert. A Kanikapila, a sort of ukulele jam session will follow lunch. $45. Lunch noon to 2 p.m., Kanikapili 3 to 5 p.m. For tickets call 574--5153. Tickets must be purchased by May 15.
