Lyon Ranch animals coming to the Sonoma library

Children can interact with unusual species on Feb. 23.|

The animals of Lyon Ranch will be making an appearance at the Sonoma Valley Library at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23. The event is geared at children ages 3 and older and their families.

Kids can meet animals from around the world, including five different species from three different continents, taking part in this unique education program.

For more than 20 years Lyon Ranch has been retraining abused and neglected animals for animal-assisted therapy programs.

The event is free and open to all. The library is located at 755 W. Napa St.
