A new exhibit entitled “Dreams & Whimsy” opened on March 1 at the Art Guild of Sonoma. The show runs through March 31.

There will be an opening reception with the artists from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday March 2.

“Escape from the everyday and step into a world of weird, wonderful, dreamlike and surreal,” says Laura Leipzig of the Arts Guild. “This March the Arts Guild gallery is filled with art that will make you think, laugh... or maybe fall in love.”

The show features work by Barbara Aliz, Janie Coltrin, Zaza Fetterly, Cathleen Francisco, Kirk Hinshaw, Teri Kerss, Tim Konrad, Stephanie Moore, Ruby Newman, Andrea Patri, Julia Pozsgai and Linda Semple.

The Arts Guild is located at 140 E. Napa St. Artsguildofsonoma.org.
