New building owner explores future at Glen Ellen's Garden Court

Are big changes on the stove for Glen Ellen's breakfast hot spot?|

Sonoma resident Stephen Sorkin has purchased the Glen Ellen building at 13647 Arnold Drive that currently houses local favorite Garden Court Café and the tasting room that occupies the space next door, Korbin Kameron.

Korbin Kameron is named for owner Mitchell Ming's twin daughters, Korbin and Kameron and produces from a 150-acre Mt. Veeder vineyard managed by local vineyard manager Phil Coturri.

While rumors abound as to the future of Garden Court Café and the Korbin Kameron tasting room, Sorkin insists that he is still exploring the possibilities for the building and sees it as having great potential.

One Glen Ellen rumor suggests he is planning a Jewish deli. Though he wouldn't confirm nor deny the deli rumor, he did say via a phone call with the Index-Tribune that such a deli has been one of his long-held dreams.
