Food events: What’s happening – and what’s not?

Some food events are postponing due to fire|

Here’s a status update on some of the events we’ve mentioned in previous weeks:

Gloria Ferrer’s Glorious Bites finals scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 14 have been postponed. Gloria Ferrer will let us know new date.

Pearl’s Diner Hot Rod Show fundraiser for becomingindependent.org with $10 dinner will go on Saturday, Oct. 14.

Cornerstone Harvest Festival is postponed to Saturday and Sunday Oct. 21 and 22; Cornerstone will be entirely closed Friday, Oct. 13.

Frank and Andi Valo-Espina’s luncheon event to benefit SF Danceworks has been postponed until Nov. 5.

Sonoma Valley Museum of Art’s opening of David Ligare’s “Magna Fide (The Great Belief)” and “Forge and Stone” by California Women Sculptors scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 18, with opening reception postponed to Dec. 9

In the coming weeks Sonoma Valley Museum of Art will be open free of charge. Our thoughts and prayers are with our community and all others experiencing loss with recent fires.
