Library debuts Saturday Storytime

Saturday Storytime will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at the Sonoma Valley Regional Library. Monthly Saturday Storytimes are being offered at the library this fall.

Children of all ages and their families are invited to a morning of stories and songs about “Farm Life Fun.” A craft project and time for conversation with fellow book lovers will follow. Reading suggestions of books of farms, animals and harvest will be available for grade school, teen, and adult readers, too.

“Saturday Storytime is a way to help fit a library visit into families’ busy schedules,” said Children’s Librarian, Clare O’Brien.

Future Saturday Storytimes will be held on Nov. 29 and Dec. 27.

The library is located at 755 W. Napa St. This program is free and open to the public. For more information, contact O’Brien at 996-5217, ext. 1112 or cobrien@sonoma.lib.ca.us.
